90-day replacement guarantees for contingency and retained search. 

 DUNNRITE will search for a replacement candidate I the event the candidate leaves on their own accord, or if the candidate does not maintain expected level of performance within 90 days beginning with their start date.  If replacement is not found within 90 days following departure from the position, DUNNRITE will refund the entire placement fee.
