DUNNRITE offers seven services to meet your employment needs. Local Search Local Search work is conducted in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, near our Corporate Headquarters. We are contracted by our Clients to fill their company’s job openings. A typical local search is our most common assignment. We have an exclusive arrangement with our Client as sole provider when conducting a Local Search. 85% of the candidates we place are located in the tri-state area. Local Search Service offers a maximum service fee at a price you can afford. This is a contingency search and no payment is made until DUNNRITE fills the position. Standard Search Services A Standard Search is similar to the Local Search. The difference is we are competing with other agencies for our Client’s business. Standard Search Service offers a fee structure based on a percentage of the employees base salary. This is a contingency search and no payment is made until DUNNRITE fills the position. National Search A National Search is one that is conducted throughout the entire continental USA. A National Search can be conducted for an employee that will be relocated and possesses a particular background or for a Client who has no preference where the candidate lives. Another example of a National Search is when our Client would like us to focus on their assignment in another state outside of the DC Metro. National Search Service offers a fee structure based on a percentage of the employees base salary. This is a contingency search and no payment is made until DUNNRITE fills the position.
LOCAL SEARCH, STANDARD SEARCH AND NATIONAL SEARCH SERVICES INCLUDE:
Skill Testing and Certified Background checks are processed through our vendors, and costs are passed on to the Client. Normal range of costs associated with Skill Testing and Certified Background checks are typically under $50.00. Terms are net 10, with a 90-day replacement guarantee. Testing, Candidate interviewing expenses, Background Investigations and relocation expenses will be left to the discretion of the employer. OUT PLACEMENT/CAREER PLANNING SERVICES DUNNRITE provides job seekers with focused strategies for charting careers, and uncovering their next positions. Through the use of testing instruments and one-on-one counseling, certified counselors enable candidates to identify their skills, strengths, interests and personal values. Armed with a focused strategy, resume, networking and interviewing skills, the employee will be better qualified to target opportunities for satisfying careers. DUNNRITE also offers Round Table Meetings and Workshops, which prove to be an excellent resource for any employee seeking to understand the Job Market and take control of their career move. We teach job seekers how to run an effective job search on their own; how to work with recruiters and placement firms; what to expect; and how to deal with the job boards effectively, and more. A cost effective alternative for any business affected by a reduction in workforce. Service fees are negotiated in advance, and are based on number of employees. Human Resource Management Services DUNNRITE works with start-up and emerging companies. We will provide services by taking on all the functions that would otherwise be handled by an in-house human resources staff. Or we can provide your selected in house representative with the proper materials and training. DUNNRITE also positions recruiters within your business to support these functions. In Addition to our Search Services, DUNNRITE provides companies with alternatives for meeting staffing needs as well as for handling other Human Resources activities. We employ experienced specialists, including technical recruiters and general staffing professionals, employee benefits, compensation personnel, employee relations experts, generalists, and others. These consultants are available for short-term, long-term and permanent assignments. Each has a single-minded focus: to supplement our client’s personnel efforts utilizing their experience, knowledge, expertise and professional affiliations. Service fees are negotiated in advance. Retained Search Services/Executive Level Search Services DUNNRITE Retained and Executive level Search applies to Local or National Candidate searches for Management level professionals. Services include: Sourcing of candidates, Personal interviews with candidates verification of Candidates background; introduction of candidates to the Company; introduction of opportunities within your company; Candidate resume and background history provided; arrangement of interview and scheduling between client and candidate; debriefing of both client and candidate; negotiations between client and candidate regarding salary; starting dates and other added benefits. Certified Background checks are processed through our vendors and costs are passed on to the Client. Typically a Client Company will request a comprehensive Background Check for a Senior Level Hire. These Investigations can cost between $300.00 and 5,000.00 for International investigations. The entire fee is passed on to our vendors who are assuming responsibility for conducting the work. Testing, interviewing expenses, Background Investigations and relocation expenses will be left to the discretion of the employer or reimbursed to DUNNRITE. Service fees are negotiated in advance. Typical payment for Retained/Executive Search is broken into three installment payments. Contract Services/Technical Project Management DUNNRITE will provide and support your on site technical needs. We offer Consulting: solution architecture, deployment services, and follow-on consulting to all vertical industry clients. Our Partners are capable of identifying your technical needs and putting the right staff together to accomplish your project in a timely manner. We are able to provide one employee or hundreds to meet your project needs. We have partnered with vendors whose placement assignments we handle. We know these vendors well. They are specialists in Solution Implementation, Systems Integration, and Technical Management practice. They also have competency centers that feature e-services management solutions. Payment is based on an hourly rate and negotiated in advance Contract Services Bid Planning DUNNRITE can provide industry knowledge and resources to any organization that is embarking on a Government or Private Industry bid for new business. We are capable of providing job descriptions, candidates for the contract, salary specifications and more. Payment for this service is based on an hourly rate and is negotiated and paid in advance to services being rendered.
